Online Class Bookings

Class Timetable out now!

You will need to log on with the following details:
Card ID - This is found under the barcode on your ClubAZ membership card.
Password - please contact reception for your initial password (you can change this to something more memorable once you have logged in).

You have 3 attempts to log in correctly after which your account will be locked and you will need to call reception to ask for it to be re-activated.

Before you make your first booking you need to amend your personal details and password as follows:

Click on the ‘My Details’ tab at the top right of the page. We encourage all members to add their up to date information to this page.  It is important that you enter a home email address as this is where your booking confirmation email will be sent.  If you prefer to receive confirmation to your work email address you will need set this as your home email address.

Making a Booking
Click on the ‘Make a Booking’ tab.  Select your relevant site and select the class you want to book.  The number of spaces remaining on the class will be shown on the right hand side of the page.  If space is available you can click on ‘Book’ to reserve your place.   You will be sent a confirmation email to confirm your place on the class.

Cancelling your Booking
Click on the ‘Manage Bookings’ tab.  Click on the ‘Cancel’ icon to remove yourself from the class.  You WILL NOT be sent an email to confirm the cancellation.

Please note - online bookings and cancellations can only be made up to 30 minutes in advance of the class start time.  To book or cancel after this time you will need to call the reception desk directly.

All other class booking rules still apply, see below:
- Bookings - can be made 6 days in advance for GymPlus Members or 5 days in advance for non-GymPlus members.  Bookings will not be taken by email – please book online or call reception directly.
- Cancellation – ideally we ask for a minimum of 1 hours notice to cancel your place on the class to allow us to contact anybody on the waiting list to fill the place.
- No Show – if you book on to a class and fail to show without informing us you will be required to pay the appropriate class fee – this also applies to GymPlus Members.  You will be unable to book onto any further classes until the balance on your account has been settled.  All members with unpaid debts will be unable to swipe through the entrance turnstile and will need to report to the receptionist on duty.
- Late arrivals – people who arrive later than 5 minutes after the class has started risk losing their place on the class.
